1. General Information

Welcome to TADS.me! We provide advertising placement services within Telegram mini apps. For publishers, we offer traffic monetization services, and for advertisers, we provide advertising services for their ads.

2. Description of Service

TADS.me offers a CPC and CPM  auction model with a minimum cost per click of $0.01 and $1.0 CPM. This base price applies when no targeting is specified. Advertisers can precisely target their audience by specifying the country and City, language set in Telegram, platform (iOS, Android, Web), premium subscription status, and more. We pride ourselves on our strong business partners.

3. Target Audience

Our primary clients are owners of Telegram mini apps, bots, and channels. While we predominantly work with traffic within Telegram, we can also direct it outside the platform, allowing any compliant service, site, or app to advertise with us. We address advertisers' need for affordable, targeted traffic and publishers' need to monetize their applications.

11. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in advance for the chosen advertising package. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

All deposits are processed through a third-party payment provider. In rare cases, the provider may select transactions at random for manual security and compliance review. While under review, the transaction is temporarily paused and the funds remain unavailable in your account. Reviews normally complete within 24–48 hours but may take longer if additional checks are required (up to 5 days).

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider’s review process.

12. Payouts to Publishers

12.1 Payouts to publishers are made at the end of each calendar month and are paid for the previous month's earnings within 15-20 days. Payouts are made for amounts of $50 or higher.

Before payout publisher revenue is subject to a final verification process, which may result in adjustments to the amounts displayed. Possible reasons for recalculating revenue include:

●     Data Discrepancies: Conflicting, incorrect, or missing information from third-party sources

●     Advertiser Issues: Incorrect payments, payment disputes, or delayed settlements from advertisers

●     Compliance & Integrity: Evidence of non-compliance with platform policies, fraud, or any dishonest reporting practices

●     External Events: Regulatory changes, legal obligations, or any events beyond our control that affect payment or data accuracy

●     Violation of the platform requirements described in paragraph 12.2

If adjustments become necessary, we will communicate with you to clarify the reasons and work together toward a prompt resolution.

Publisher's remuneration is calculated solely on the basis of TADS.me statistics, which incorporate data provided by partner advertising systems, including their invalid traffic filtering. These statistics are final for settlement purposes. Metrics measured on the Publisher's side (including impressions, clicks, or webhook notifications received) may differ and shall not serve as grounds for recalculation.

12.2. Platform requirements.

Data correctness: At the time of verification, the link to the web application or the bot ID must be working. The advertisement must be visible.

Transparency of interaction: The user must clearly understand when and why advertisements are being shown to them.

The balance between gameplay and advertising: Ads should not affect the gameplay or become its main mechanics.

Prohibited formats:

●     Games in which every click leads to the display of ads.

●     Clones of popular games created solely to increase the number of advertising impressions.

●     Services or games where users are forced to watch ads to perform basic actions.

●     Platforms that use artificial methods to boost the statistics of advertising views.

12.3. Ad Event Notifications (Webhooks)

1.    Upon the Publisher's request, TADS.me may send technical notifications (webhooks) to a URL specified by the Publisher upon registering ad events (completed views, clicks) that have passed automated invalid traffic checks.

2.    A webhook is a technical notification of an event and does not constitute confirmation of its billability. The number of webhooks sent may exceed the number of billable events, including due to invalid traffic filtering by partner advertising systems. Such differences are inherent to RTB advertising and shall not be deemed a defect of the Service or grounds for remuneration recalculation.

3.    Webhooks are delivered on a best-effort basis: one notification per event, with no delivery guarantee if the Publisher's endpoint is unavailable or malfunctioning. The Publisher is responsible for idempotent processing of notifications.

4.    Any rewards granted by the Publisher to its users based on webhook notifications are granted at the Publisher's own discretion and expense.

13. Account Suspension

13.1. TADS.me reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activities. Funds in blocked accounts will not be returned to the account owner.

13.2. In the case of advertising agencies with an ad spend exceeding $1000 for previous campaigns, upon the first detection of fraud, the advertising agency will receive a warning, and the respective advertising campaign will be stopped. To continue working, it is necessary to review the regulations on the initial detection of fraud.

Upon repeated detection of fraud, the advertising agency will receive a second warning and a fine of 5% of the ad spend from previous campaigns. If another case of fraud is detected after the second warning, the advertising agency's account will be blocked on the tads.me platform in accordance with clause 13.1.

In the event of complaints from the publisher and detected cases of fraud that result in financial losses for TMA users, the advertising agency's account will be immediately blocked.

14. Dormant Account Policy

An Advertiser account is considered dormant if no campaign activity (ad creation, campaign launch, balance top-up, or withdrawal request) has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 days or more.

Upon identifying a dormant account, TADS will notify the account holder via the email address associated with the account. The notification will include:

●     A statement that the account has been identified as dormant;

●     An invitation to resume activity, request a balance refund, or confirm the account should remain active;

●     A deadline of 60 calendar days from the date of notification to take action.

A reminder notification will be sent 30 calendar days after the initial notification if no response has been received.

If the account holder does not respond to either notification within the 60-day period, TADS reserves the right to close the account and apply a dormant account maintenance fee equal to the remaining balance. The account holder may contact TADS support within 12 months of account closure to discuss the status of their account.

TADS will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using the contact information on file. It is the account holder's responsibility to maintain up-to-date contact information.

20. TADS SDK, Analytics and Data

20.1. Scope and acceptance. This section applies to every app that loads the TADS SDK in any form: core.js, widget.js, the react-tads-widget package or an ad widget ("SDK"). Installing, loading or keeping the SDK in an app means that its owner ("Publisher") accepts these Terms, including this section, on behalf of the app.

20.2. Data the SDK collects ("SDK Data").

●    Telegram launch data (initData): the user's Telegram ID, first and last name, username, language, Premium status and photo flag, and the signature that proves the data comes from Telegram.

●    Launch context: start parameter, referral codes and the page the app was opened on.

●    Usage: opens, sessions, screens, active time and counts of taps, scrolls and key presses. The SDK never records what is typed, tap coordinates or screen content.

●    Telegram events: payments for invoices, added to home screen, shares, write access, full screen.

●    Advertising: ad requests, impressions, clicks, and whether the user left the app and came back after a click.

●    Device and network: platform, Telegram client version, screen size, time zone, locale, network type, automation flags, IP address and user agent. TADS derives country, city, network operator and whether the IP belongs to a data center or VPN.

●    TON wallet address when the user has connected a wallet in the app, and the public on-chain data of that address.

●    Events and purchases that the Publisher reports through the SDK.

20.3. Licence. The Publisher grants TADS a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to collect SDK Data, store it, combine it with data from other apps and sources, and process it to:

●    (a) provide analytics to the Publisher;

●    (b) detect and prevent fraud, bots, invalid traffic and abuse across the TADS network, including by scoring users, devices and IP addresses with data from many apps;

●    (c) select, deliver, target, measure, attribute and bill advertising;

●    (d) build aggregated and de-identified statistics, such as network benchmarks;

●    (e) secure, maintain and improve TADS services;

●    (f) comply with law and enforce these Terms.

The licence for purposes (b), (d) and (f) survives the removal of the SDK for data already collected.

20.4. Roles. For analytics shown to the Publisher, TADS processes SDK Data on the Publisher's behalf. For fraud prevention, advertising, aggregated statistics and the security of its network, TADS decides the purposes and means of processing on its own.

20.5. Who sees the data. The Publisher sees the analytics of its own apps. Advertisers whose campaigns lead to the Publisher's app may see aggregated results of the users their campaign brought, such as visits, retention and purchases, but never user identifiers. Advertising partners that bid on or deliver ads receive bid request data, as described in section 21.7. TADS does not sell SDK Data and does not show one Publisher's app-level data to another Publisher.

20.6. Publisher obligations. The Publisher:

●    names TADS in the privacy notice of its app, with the purposes above and a link to the TADS Privacy Policy (tads.me/terms#privacy);

●    obtains user consent where the law of its users requires it;

●    does not send through the SDK phone numbers, email addresses, messages, payment card data, government IDs, health data or other special categories of data, and does not knowingly direct the app to children under 16;

●    complies with the Telegram terms that apply to its app;

●    indemnifies TADS against claims caused by the Publisher's breach of this section.

20.7. Bot token. If the Publisher adds a bot token, TADS uses it only to check whether the app's users can be reached by the bot. TADS stores the token encrypted and never sends messages to users. The Publisher can remove the token at any time.

20.8. Retention. Raw SDK events are kept up to 180 days and raw IP addresses in ad logs up to 90 days. Other data is kept as long as needed for the purposes in 20.3 and as the law requires.

20.9. Plans. Analytics is free. TADS may introduce paid plans for apps with 10,000 or more monthly users that do not show TADS advertising, with at least 30 days' notice in the dashboard or by email. Apps that show TADS advertising keep analytics free. Removing the SDK stops new collection.

21. Privacy Policy

21.4. App users: what we collect.

●    Telegram profile from the app launch data: Telegram ID, first and last name, username, language and Premium status.

●    Activity in apps that use TADS: opens, sessions, screens, active time, counts of taps and scrolls (never what you type or where you tap), payments made through Telegram invoices, purchases the app reports, and ads shown and clicked.

●    Device and network: IP address, user agent, platform, Telegram version, screen size, time zone, locale, network type and device signals that help us tell a real device from automation.

●    Derived data: country and city from the IP address, network operator, whether the IP belongs to a data center or VPN, a device fingerprint, the list of apps in the TADS network where we have seen you, a likely gender, and fraud scores.

●    TON wallet: the address when you connect a wallet in an app, and public on-chain data of that address, such as its balance and transaction volume.

●    Telegram status: if the app owner gave us its bot token, whether the bot can still reach you.

We do not collect your messages, contacts, phone number or precise location.

21.5. App users: why we use the data.

●    Detecting and preventing fraud, bots and fake traffic across the TADS network, including by combining data from several apps. Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing fraud and keeping the network secure.

●    Choosing, showing and measuring ads, limiting how often you see them, paying app owners and billing advertisers. Legal basis: legitimate interest, and consent where the law requires it for targeting.

●    Analytics for the owner of the app you use. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the app owner, who decided to use TADS.

●    Aggregated, de-identified statistics, such as network benchmarks. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

●    Legal obligations and disputes. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data. We use it to check and verify traffic and to provide our services, and we share it only as described in 21.6.

21.6. Who receives data.

●    The app owner sees analytics of their own app.

●    Advertisers see aggregated results of their campaigns, never your identity.

●    Advertising partners that bid on or deliver ads receive bid request data, as described in 21.7.

●    Service providers that host and run TADS on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, databases and payment processors.

●    Authorities, when the law requires it.

21.7. Programmatic advertising (real-time bidding). When an app with TADS requests an ad, we may offer the ad slot in real time to advertising partners, such as ad exchanges, demand-side platforms and ad networks. The bid request lets a partner decide whether to bid, deliver and measure the ad, limit how often it is shown and detect fraud. Depending on the partner, a bid request may include:

●    device and connection data, such as IP address, user agent, platform and language;

●    approximate location derived from the IP address;

●    the app and the ad placement;

●    a user identifier, such as the Telegram ID;

●    Telegram profile data, such as first and last name and Premium status, where the partner requires it;

●    TON wallet data, where the user has connected a wallet in the app.

We send bid request data only to serve, measure and protect advertising. Partners process it as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. A list of our advertising partners is available on request at [email protected].

21.8. International transfers. We store and process data outside the European Economic Area, including in Singapore. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

21.9. How long we keep data. Raw app events are kept up to 180 days and raw IP addresses in ad logs up to 90 days. Other data is kept as long as needed for the purposes in 21.3 and 21.5, and as accounting, tax and other laws require. Aggregated statistics without personal data have no time limit.

21.10. Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time. Write to [email protected] from your account email or include your Telegram ID. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or to the authority in your country.

21.11. Children. TADS is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data of children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

21.12. Security. We protect data with access control, encryption in transit and encrypted storage of secrets such as bot tokens. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

21.13. Changes. We publish changes in these Terms with a new effective date and notify customers of material changes by email or in the dashboard.
